Cicely offers professional acupuncture treatments in a peaceful clinic setting located just a 6-minute walk from St James’s Park Station, and around 12 minutes on foot from either Victoria Station or Westminster Station. This central London location makes the clinic easily accessible whether you’re coming from work, home, or elsewhere in the city.

Appointments take place at The Abbey Centre, a welcoming community hub in Westminster. When you arrive, simply walk past to reception and you’ll then see and elevator on your right. Please take the elevator to the 3rd floor, then turn right out of the elevator and be seated outside The Hill Room.

Monday: 18:45 – 20:45
Friday: 14:00 – 20:45
Saturday: 09:00 – 16:45

If these times don’t quite work for you, please do get in touch and Cicely always do her best to find a time that suits you. Often, last-minute cancellations or changes mean that other slots become available, so it’s always worth getting in touch to see what might be possible.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I completely appreciate that things can crop up unexpectedly, and sometimes plans have to change. However, if something does come up, please do send me a message as soon as you can. This allows me to offer the appointment slot to someone else who may be waiting, and helps keep things running smoothly. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Payment is kindly due upon completion of your treatment. For your convenience, a variety of payment options are available — we accept card payments (including contactless), cash, or bank transfers. If you would prefer to pay by bank transfer, details can be provided at the end of your session. Please don’t hesitate to ask if you have any questions about payment methods.

The clinic is fully accessible to ensure a comfortable experience for all visitors. It features step-free access and an elevator for your convenience, making it easy to reach the treatment space whether you’re arriving with a mobility aid, a pram, or simply prefer to avoid stairs.
