Yes. The ear seeds are secured with a strong, skin-friendly adhesive, so you can shower and wash your hair as normal. Just avoid rubbing the ears vigorously when drying.

Yes. Ear seeds are designed to be worn throughout your normal daily routine, including while you sleep.

No. We do not recommend using these ear seeds during pregnancy, as certain ear acupuncture points are traditionally avoided because they may stimulate uterine activity. If you are pregnant or think you may be pregnant, please wait until after your pregnancy before using them.

Not at all. You can remove your ear seeds whenever you wish. If they become uncomfortable or you simply prefer to remove them sooner, that's absolutely fine.

A little awareness of the ear seeds is normal, especially during the first few hours. However, if they become itchy, irritated, or uncomfortable, simply remove them. If irritation persists, discontinue use and allow the skin to recover before reapplying.

Don't worry. The video guides are designed to help you position the seeds correctly. Ear acupuncture points cover a small area rather than a single pinpoint, so even if your placement isn't perfect, you'll still be stimulating the intended point.

Not necessarily. The magnetic ear seeds provide gentle, continuous stimulation on their own. However, gently pressing each seed for 10–30 seconds, a few times throughout the day, can provide additional stimulation and may enhance the effect.

Yes. Normal daily activities, including exercise, are absolutely fine. If you're doing activities that cause excessive sweating, the adhesive may loosen slightly.

No. Ear seeds are non-invasive and should not be painful. You may notice slight tenderness when pressing the points, which is normal.
